Credit without racism: fintechs led by black people develop inclusive algorithms

The study, conducted by researchers from the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), Eduardo Henrique Diniz, Bruno Sanches, Marlei Pozzebon and Simone Luvizan, examined three black Brazilian fintechs through 24 interviews with the founders, managers and technical teams of these black fintechs, as well as social entrepreneurs, data analysts, potential clients of these fintechs and researchers from the black community, data that was added to the analysis of documents and videos from these companies.
